Digital Printing

Digital Flexo Services is a roll to roll digital printer with flexographic-type finishing capabilities.  Printing is done using 4 color process with the capability of 2 spot colors.  The press will also print white ink so printing on clear substrates is possible, either reverse printed or right reading. 

Stocks commonly used include static cling vinyl, permanent and removable adhesive vinyl's, permanent and removable adhesive polypropylenes, plastics and vinyl, shrink sleeve film as well as various papers, including pressure sensitive.  Primary products are peel and stick tattoos, window clings, instant removable coupons, die cut decals & stickers on rolls, and specialty point of purchase advertising pieces and full body shrink labels. 

In addition to in-line die cutting, DFS laminates using self-wound laminations and can UV or aqueous coat.  For specialized pieces, DFS prints variable data with each label being customized.   For the quick service restaurant industry, DFS produces specialized decals for microwaves, fryer vats, food preparation instructions, and pricing sheets for menu boards.  

For the packaging industry, DFS produces labels and packaging for mock-ups and sales samples. As an all-digital operation, DFS uses a PDF work flow and turns most projects in 48-72 hours.  DFS is a certified woman owned business.
